Don't worry, we were at Wal-Mart. We fit right in.
By the way, today is May 3rd and my kids are dressed for winter. Marina refused to take off her hat and Eli needed his scarf to complete his Shan-Yu (from Mulan) outfit. You can't really see, but he only has one glove on (he does this every day). The praying mantis glasses were to keep the sun out of his eyes, of course.
Speaking of odd kids, for the last week, Eli has been telling us over and over that he needs a haircut. Then he goes on to describe what he has in mind: "I want it long on the sides and all over the back. I want you to cut the front and top so it is all the way gone." We probe further into this mysterious cut and find out he means that he wants his hair to look exactly like Shan-Yu's. In case you are not current on your 90s Disney movies, I will include an example.
Part of me is tempted to shave the top of his hair off. There will likely be a good life lesson in there somewhere, as well as several days of laughter for me. If that day comes, pictures will definitely be taken.

He's still young so his hair will grow back...do it do it do it! ha ha. I'm glad to see he is wearing his awesome glasses!
